Terms and conditions - please read before purchase of lessons
Premium Golf Consulting Limited (t/a Premium Golf School) (“Premium Golf”) is only appointed as the agent of each coach to processes customer bookings and receive payments on their behalf.
Therefore, when you purchase coaching services, although Premium Golf will receive the payment, your contract is with your coach in respect of their services. Premium Golf does not contract with you in respect of your coach’s services.
If any refund is due to you, such refund shall be payable by your coach. Premium Golf shall not be liable for any refund or payment to you.
If you have purchased a package of lessons, all lessons must be redeemed within four months from the date of purchase.
If you need to cancel or postpone your lesson, you must notify Premium Golf within 24 hrs. Premium Golf will pass this on to your coach. Where a lesson is cancelled with insufficient notice and payment has not yet been made, the full lesson fee will be charged.
Refunds will not be issued for customer cancellations once lessons have been purchased. You can nominate other people to receive pre-paid lessons instead of you, however, provided that they receive these on exactly the same terms as applied to you.
Premium Golf will use reasonable endeavours to book each package of lessons with the same coach. However, Premium Golf reserves the right to change bookings (in consultation with your coach) where circumstances deem it reasonably necessary.
